Why wouldn't I just hire someone?
Great question. What you get with Donor Packs is a team based approach that allows you to tap into people of various high caliber skillsets for less than the cost of what it may cost you to hire a dedicated engineer. Add to this the fact that we minimize your investment risk by allowing you to pause your membership with us at any time, it's a great way to tap into a high quality team without all the overhead involved in hiring and managing your own team.
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?
There is no limit to the number of requests you can submit upon joining the program. The requests get processed and completed sequentially, ensuring each one receives dedicated attention and quality.
How quick is your turn-around?
Most requests are turned around on average in 2 days. It of course depends on the actual task complexity. If you need help forecasting into the future, ask us about t-shirt sizing your requests to help you build your budget.
How does the pause feature work?
We bill on a monthly cycle. So let's say you originally signed up on January 1, and then paused on January 20. You would have normally next been billed on February 1. There are 11 days from January 20 to February 1, and these serve as the credit from the future date you unpause. Let's say you unpause on February 10. Your new bill date will be the 21st of each month, with the next payment due on February 21. To pause and unpause your membership, simply contact your account representative.
What skills do you cover?
We work in the mar tech space, and our team is comprised of creatives and technologists. We can do wordpress sites, CRMs, landing pages, tool configuration, apps and more. When we start working with you, one of our key questions in the initial consultation is understanding your tech stack. If there's something we can't cover, we let you know.
How do I make requests?
We organize ourselves around Monday.com, and from there, you have a ton of flexibility. You can decide on a task list or a kanban board. You can enter issues via the system or via email. Any tool that can be integrated with Monday.com is supported. Last but not least, you can channel requests to us on your own, or we can invite your entire team in. Just let us know what you prefer.
How do you ensure quality?
We stand by our ability to deliver high quality results quickly. That said, sometimes issues occur. When they do, simply let us know and we'll make sure it's corrected.
What if I only have one request?
Totally fine. Pause your subscription after you've received your task completed, and come back when you have more work. There is no need for you to let the remainder of your subscription run out.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like the work?
Due to the high quality of our team, we do not issue refunds.
